Aromas are intense and woodland-scented, with notes of underbrush, dried herbs, and soft red fruit. The palate is full and balanced, showing flavours of tart cherry, red currant, and earthy spice with a firm but elegant tannic grip. A ruby red hue that leans toward garnet hints at its structure and ageability. Serve at 16–18 °C after opening for 30 minutes. Pairs beautifully with braised meats, mushroom risotto, truffle pasta, or aged cheese boards. This Nebbiolo is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, allowing tannins to soften while adding subtle complexity.
